Generations in the Workplace: From Collision to Collaboration

We hear it everywhere these days…stories about the new workplace environment.  The millennial workforce changing the face of business.  Generational roadblocks to communication and team effectiveness.  Conflicting workstyles and priorities.  So, is it fact or fiction?  And most importantly , how do we manage generational challenges in the workplace?

In this engaging 4-hour workshop you will be introduced to processes that will help you move your workforce from a collision course to collaboration.  Examine the myths and the realities of an increasingly diverse workforce.  Evaluate practical tools and techniques to capitalize on the individual strengths of your team members.  Learn to stop managing differences and start developing a strong foundation built on common ground.
