Karen Holland DC
My name is Karen Holland. I am a doctor of chiropractic and I have a master’s degree in nutrition. My passion is helping people reduce their risk of injury and disease.
I graduated from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic in 2018 after a career in Canada as an athletic therapist. I have experience working with high performance athletes as well as active individuals both on the field with sports and in a clinical rehabilitation environment. I spent 18 years as a part time professor at the University of Ottawa teaching prevention and care of athletic injuries. I aim to empower people to embrace the freedom lifestyle by prioritizing health, mobility, balance and well-being.
I offer a personalized approach, innovative technology, and a commitment to continuous improvement, as I strive to make a difference in the lives of my patients and provide them with the freedom to move and sustain mobility throughout their lifespan.
I work at BalanceAble Chiropractic in Coca Beach Florida, a modern healthcare facility dedicated to balance therapy, chiropractic care, and nutrition counseling. When I am not at work I keep active, I compete in synchronized skating (ice skating) during the fall and winter, and I am a dedicated life long learner, taking courses whenever I can.
I employ modern chiropractic techniques that are comfortable, computerized and consistent. I take advantage of my athletic therapy background to implement therapeutic exercise procedures. I utilize soft tissue release methods, myofascial techniques, craniosacral therapy, somato emotional release, mechanical motion therapy, vestibular neuropathway training and balance therapy for high performance and fall prevention.

Since my graduation from Salve Regina University in 2018, I have gained experience in multiple industries such as civil engineering, logistics, and wealth management. I graduated with my M.B.A. with a concentration in Entrepreneurship in 2020 while deployed overseas to Djibouti, Africa as a Logistics Officer in the United States Army Reserve. Through my previous managerial roles and educational experiences, I found that my passion was budgeting/planning and financial analysis. This passion coupled with my military experience provides me with exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for details, and advisory skills to prepare clients during prosperous and recessive cycles while maintaining a focus on their strategic goals.
As a Financial Advisor, I am privileged to learn from the over 50 years of combined experience that The Carpenter Falconi Group has to offer. I am committed to providing clients with a tailored financial plan that is relevant to their day-to-day life. Through implementing the financial plan and advising clients through difficult life decisions, we remain focused on long-terms goals, making it easier to make decisions today. My focus is working with business owners and Veterans, through my firsthand experiences and comprehensive understanding of their specific needs.
In my free time, I enjoy coaching baseball, working out, and volunteering with various local organizations. I currently reside in Palm Bay with my wife Kaitlynn and daughter Penelope.
