American Space Museum

About Us

The non-profit American Space Museum not only preserves the unique, historical relics of the birth of the Space Age in Brevard County, but also inspires the next generation of space workers through our ambitious STEAM programs. Outreach includes ''Urban Astronomy'' programs that takes telescopes to schools and tourism sites, as well as supporting the tourism generated at rocket launches. Our museum is filled with many one-of-a-kind artifacts saved right out of dumpsters headed for landfills--many items a half-Century old--and now preserved for future generations to see and appreciate their impact on today's burgeoning, 21st Century Space Age anchored by private industry.
