About Us

A community based organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing informed choices for adults with disabilities. We are uniquely qualified to offer a flexible range of cost sensitive, practical solutions to the challenges in life through our employment, residential, advocacy, therapeutic and vocational programs.

Programs: SourceAmerica; Patrick Air Force Base, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station and Kennedy Space Center offering a full service recycling facility with a comprehensive work skills program for more than 19 individuals with disabilities.

Working with the Wounded Warriors Program we are able to provide each Warrior with their own customer support specialist who focuses on their individual needs.

Patriot's House, grant per diem 6-bedroom transitional home for Veteran's. Program focuses on getting funding, independence, job search and VA resources so that the Veteran can stay up to 24 months and move out on their own accord successfully.

Residential Group Home, waiver service offering 24/7 supported residential living (Springwood, Woodsmere and Melrose community homes), serving varying ages as well as varying disabilities.

Adult Day and Senior Day Training programs, offering a range of curriculum, clubs to join, cooking class, career training, art class and so much more at our central location.
