Although a trained doctor, Jaya was the victim of diabetes, asthma, thyroid, reflux and metabolic syndrome. She had 100 pounds of excess weight and had difficulty performing normal tasks such as climbing stairs or other physical activities.
In the long and arduous path of searching for the best method to improve her health and weight, a friend introduced her to ‘Habits of Health’, a wonderful program that transformed her life.
A year later, she lost 85 pounds, became a certified health coach and adopted the program: ‘Average weight loss with ''Coach Jaya'' is 12 pounds.’ The average duration of the health coaching program is three months.
