Daphne Soto is the owner of SAIL Coaching & Consulting, LLC. After serving her country for over 25 years in the United States Air Force and working in human resources, she had a calling to continue helping others. Daphne completed a Master of Arts in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. She began working with young adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD--high functioning) or other learning differences. For over seven years, she has dedicated her time to working with neurodivergent individuals as a mentor in helping them recognize and achieve their personal, professional, and academic goals.

All Morning Meetings are FREE to RIZE Members and $10 for Non-RIZE Members.
