**Vendors must provide an offer, discount, or free experience for the hospitality professionals in attendance and donate one item for the grand prize giveaways.**

**No tents are allowed.**

**Vendor setup begins at 11:00 AM and ends at 12:45 PM.**

**Vendor breakdown before 5:00 PM will result in the inability to participate next year.**

**Staff reserves the right to relocate a vendor to a comparable space if there is a potential conflict with an adjacent vendor or if space was already selected by another vendor (the most recent to register will be moved).**
