MLB Terminal Renovation & Expansion Unveiling and Ribbon Cutting Event
 
 
Please join us for the Melbourne Orlando International Airport Terminal Renovation and Expansion Project unveiling and ribbon cutting ceremony on January 25 at 11:00 a.m. We look forward to seeing you as we celebrate this milestone for MLB!
 
Due to the vent taking place beyond the TSA security checkpoint, the following instructions must be followed:
 
Parking
 
Event attendees are asked to park at the hotel parking lot located off Air Terminal Parkway. Guests will check in at a welcome tent in the parking lot, where shuttles to the airport will be provided. Please note that all attendees must park at the designated area to gain access to the event. Parking in the public airport lot will not be reimbursed. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Event shuttles will begin running at 10:30 a.m. and continue until 1:30 p.m. To ensure attendance at the ribbon cutting and associated activities, please ensure that you check in by 11:15 a.m. 
 
Identification
 
All event guests must present a government-issued photo identification at the event (such as a driver’s license or passport). Attendees will be issued a wristband at the event. 
 
Security
 
All event guests must complete a brief event registration form: Click here.
 
Each attendee must submit an event form by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 18th, 2023. Failure to submit a form may result in delayed or denied entry.
 
Please note that all TSA security guidelines will apply at this event. All weapons, pocketknives, and liquids over 3.4 fluid ounces are prohibited in the terminal. Guests are asked to leave prohibited items, as well as any non-essential items, in their vehicle.
